Is there an age limit to enrol for your Custom Meal Plans?

Providing you have been given the go ahead by your Doctor or health care professional then there is no upper age limit but I only train people over the age of 18.

Does everyone get 'Amazing' results without fail?

Great question. It depends on your definition of “amazing results”. To one person losing 20kg and coming off medication for diabetes and blood pressure may be an amazing result. To someone else a six pack may be an amazing result. You will only ever get out what you are prepared to put in.

I am on a low, fixed income, I'd like a Custom Meal Plan but I need to budget for food so how much would following your normal nutrition program cost roughly in food ?

What type of food will be on my meal plan?

We use natural foods, which are gluten free and full of rich nutritious nutrients. After completing payment for your plan you will be directed to a food portal, where you can select the foods you like and the foods you wish not to be included into your plan. Some examples of the foods we use for your plans are: chicken, eggs, turkey, salmon, steak, plenty of fruit and vegetable choices, rice, potatoes, green tea, and much more. You will also be able to pick your favourite foods - 'cheat meals' which will be used strategically so you can enjoy a treat without causing a detriment to your progress.     

Are Plans suitable for vegetarians?

At the moment we are still focusing entirely on delivering first class, non vegetarian nutritional plans. That's not to say we won't in the future. If you are a vegetarian and would like a plan, then we would love to hear from you. We can also point you to helpful resources.   

Am I the right type of person for a CMP?

Please note that our 'Custom Meal Plans' are not for everyone. What we do provide are plans that get results, plans that achieve phenomenal transformations. We tend not to adopt a modern diet approach in any way. Plans are for people who are 100% serious about making physical transformation. For people who have put their health goal as one of their top priorities, and are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the body of their dreams. We focus on optimum results, not on appealing to the masses. If physical transformation is at the top of your priority list, then you are in the right place. If  not this service is probably not for you. Please contact us either way and we will happily aim to assist you, pointing you to alternative resources.   

Will I have to take any health supplements such as vitamins, protein powders etc.?

It is very difficult to hit all of your recommended daily allowance of most vitamins and minerals that your body requires through food alone. As an insurance policy it is wise to take a good quality multivitamin 365 days of the year. We also suggest consuming a high quality protein powder. Supplements depend on your goals and will be covered in your personalized program. We may suggest joint supplements, and pre & intra workout supplementation for clients wanting to build lean muscle. It will entirely depend on your goals. 

How do you monitor my progress?

Every week you are required to send in photographs (a full front and back shot). We can then asses how you are responding to your plan, allowing us to make continuous adaptations to keep constantly progressing towards your goal(s). 

What should I wear for my "before" photographs, and my weekly "check in" photographs?

Please wear something like a bikini or sports bra and shorts if you are a woman and shorts if you are a man. If you are completely covered up it will be difficult to assess you each week. Also stand naturally in a well lit position in the exact same spot with your arms by your side and feet hip width apart

Will my pictures be used on your website?

We don't place transformational before & after pictures on the site unless you asked to be featured. If you wish to see our transformation portfolio please contact us.  

What if I don't know what I'm doing?

Everything will be covered before you start, should you have any queries, at your weekly check in you can ask as many questions as you like which we will personally reply to.

Once I have filled in the application form, how long does it take before I can start?

We always endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible. Once we have received your payment we will give you a start date, which will also be your weekly check in date.

Most of our clients come to us in exactly the same position (even some after liposuction). We are big believers that if your nutrition has not been correctly addressed and personalised then your progress will be minimal or nonexistent. Unfortunately there are no discounts. It’s not like seeing a personal trainer, where they may train one or more individuals together in a one hour long appointment and give a discount. Our programmes are fully tailored towards each individual.

We can appreciate, that there are always going to be people who enter into things lightly and don’t fully commit to a course of action. They may possibly look for an easy way out after a while. That's another reason as to why we are so selective with who we take on. Unfortunately we cannot help you if you cannot help yourself. We have to do lots of preparation for each client,  tailoring and delivering a nutritional plan that will work from day one. We will advise, educate and support you all the way; that’s our 100% commitment to each client! We do however expect to see 100% commitment to the program created, adhering to the plan from start to finish. Unfortunately we don’t have a magic wand on hand, it involves a solid commitment from you. We provide the road map, but you have to follow it.
